Thoughtful Psychiatry for Those Who Want More Than Medication

Our practice exists to redefine what psychiatric care can feel like—personal, unhurried, and deeply respectful. My vision is to provide a calm, private setting where patients feel supported, empowered, and equipped to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Mental health should not be a taboo subject or a rushed intervention. Each person responds differently to life events. There should be no shame or stigma in sharing feelings and seeking help. I am here to help you find your balance and the correct treatment to regain yourself and succeed in life. I strive to offer excellent and individualized treatment—including medications and therapy—because each client is a unique individual who deserves understanding and is treated with dignity and respect.

I hold a Master’s degree in Family Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Midwestern State University, which guides my approach to compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to your unique needs.

If you are feeling sad and anxious, experiencing mood swings, insomnia, poor motivation, or have been diagnosed with PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or schizoaffective disorder, you are in the right place. My goal is to listen to you and work with you to set goals, find the right medications, and provide therapy while you remain actively involved in your care. A better you starts with better mental health, and you are taking the first step in this journey. Remember that you are worth it. Take the time to focus on yourself, to grow stronger and more confident.

collaborative & intentional

Medication may be part of care when appropriate, but it is never the only focus.

Mental health is shaped by more than brain chemistry alone. An integrative, functional approach allows space to explore biological, emotional, and lifestyle factors together, with the goal of restoring balance and improving daily functioning. Challenges are not viewed as failures, but as insight—valuable information that can be used to build sustainable, positive outcomes.
