FAQs

What conditions do you treat?

Crescendo Mind & Wellness provides care for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, emotional dysregulation, insomnia, chronic fatigue, stress-related concerns, and life transitions such as divorce or relationship challenges. Care plans are individualized and designed to support meaningful improvement in daily functioning.

What can I expect during the first appointment?

Your initial visit is a comprehensive intake designed to review your history, current concerns, and treatment goals. This allows for thoughtful assessment and the development of a personalized care plan.

Do you prescribe medication?

Yes. Medication management is offered when clinically appropriate and is approached carefully and collaboratively. Prescribing decisions are guided by evidence-based practice and individualized evaluation.

Is medication required to receive care?

No. While medication is available when appropriate, integrative and holistic options may also be explored depending on your preferences and clinical needs.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

Please contact the office to confirm availability of in-person or telehealth services. Appointment options are structured to maintain privacy, continuity, and individualized attention.

How often will I need follow-up visits?

Follow-up frequency depends on your treatment plan, goals, and symptom stability. This is discussed collaboratively and adjusted as needed over time.

Do you accept insurance?

Crescendo Mind & Wellness is a self-pay practice. Superbills may be provided for patients who wish to pursue out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance carrier.

How do I get started?

Getting started begins with scheduling an initial consultation to review your concerns and determine the appropriate next steps for care.
